PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hold documents so as to be roughly perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of a helix in a document stand utilizing the helix. SOLUTION: As the document stand, three helixes and a holding body for holding the respective helixes so that the respective helixes are parallel with each other, the edge parts of prescribed rectangular documents are engaged with the gap of wire rods of the respective helixes and the documents are roughly perpendicular to the respective helixes are provided. By such constitution, by supporting three points of the edge parts of the documents, the documents are held roughly perpendicularly to the longitudinal direction of the helixes even when the gap of the wire rods of the helixes is oblique.
