PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectacle lens machining device, easily performing favorable boring regardless of a worker's skill. SOLUTION: This spectacle lens machining device for machining the peripheral edge of the spectacle lens includes: a lens rotating shaft holding a lens to be machined ; a boring tool rotating shaft for rotating a boring tool for boring the lens to be machined; and an inclination angle changing means for changing the inclination angle of the boring tool rotating shaft to the lens rotating shaft.
