A medical information managing method for managing medical information on a person who has been treated comprises a medical information receiving step of receiving medical information from an information source, a medical information storing step of associating the medical information with the information source ID for specifying the information source and storing them in a medical information database, a search request receiving step of receiving a data search condition from a data search requester, a medical information search step of extracting specific medical information satisfying the data search condition from the medical information database, and a search result replying step of informing the data search requester of the information source specified by the information source ID associated with the specific medical information. With this simple constitution, a medical information managing method for managing medical information on a person who has been treated by an information source, a medical information managing program, and a medical information managing system can be provided.
