A fish-tackle contains a feeder offset, a snood, a fishing-line to adjoin a feed box. The feeder offset is made as a bended tube, forming a short bend and a long one, which form an acute angle between each other in such a manner as to allow changing a value thereof. Two openings are made on the bend of the tube. The fishing-line is drawn through the short bend to adjoin the feed box and the snood through the long bend. The fishing-line and the snell are connected above the bend of the tube.
