摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of surely performing next start at a temperature below the freezing point even in case an ignition switch is turned off soon after being turned on. <P>SOLUTION: When a turned-off (t1) state of of an ignition switch is detected soon after the ignition switch is put into a turned-on (t0) state, a capacitor is charged at a larger threshold value out of the threshold value C of the capacitor and a threshold value A at normal temperature (t1 to t2), and a scavenging treatment is carried out for a sufficient period.
