<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a rare earth-sintered magnet having excellent magnetic properties using granules having excellent fluidity and capable of improving the dimensional precision of a molding and improving productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The raw material powder of a rare earth-sintered magnet and metallic soap such as a stearic acid base lubricant or the like are pulverized to obtain pulverized powder. An organic liquid is added to the pulverized powder to obtain a mixture. Using the mixture, granules to which the pulverized powder is stuck by the organic liquid are produced, so as to obtain raw material powder for the rare earth-sintered magnet. The granules as the raw material powder for the rare earth-sintered magnet are charged to a die cavity, a magnetic field is applied to the granules, and also, molding is performed under pressure to obtain a molding.
