<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assisting utensil for the handle of a shopping bag and a bag for softening pains of the body when the shopping bag is carried, or the bag is carried. <P>SOLUTION: A base section and right and left wing sections on both sides are formed at a central section in a manner to be triply foldable. On one of the wing sections, a housing section which is formed to be able to house the shopping bag is provided, and a holder for holding the handle section of the shopping bag is provided.
