<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation apparatus capable of manufacturing a distilled liquor of an intended quality by controlling the inner pressure of its distillation still and reducing the running cost of the distillation. <P>SOLUTION: The distillation apparatus 10 is equipped with a distillation still 12 for heating and vaporizing a mixture liquid 13, a compressor 16 for sucking and compressing the vapor coming out of the distillation still 12, a heating coil 22 for heating the mixture liquid 13 by virtue of being supplied with the vapor compressed by the compressor 16, a heating coil 40 for increasing the inner pressure of the distillation still 12, a sensor 15 for measuring the inner pressure of the distillation still 12, and a controlling unit 18 for controlling the heating coil 40 from the value measured by the sensor 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
