PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor for suppressing a hardware quantity small and improving correction performance, an image processing method, an image processing program, and a program recording medium. SOLUTION: The image processor 1 is equipped with a feature quantity detection section 8 which detects a feature quantity of a hand shake track, a correction signal generation section 7 which generates a hand shake correction signal from the hand shake track and a hand shake image and varies the amplitude of the hand shake correction signal according to the detected feature quantity, and a correction arithmetic section 4 which corrects the hand shake image by the hand shake correction signal.
