摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rate data and voice service on wireless connection by integrating a digital data protocol, without joints over a digital modulation wireless service of code division multiple access (CDMA) or the like. SOLUTION: Bandwidth is allocated dynamically within a session to a specific CDMA subscriber unit, based on the data rate determinations. In particular, a dynamic bandwidth allocation algorithm operates from allowable limits calculated, based on the available ports per subscriber, expected user bandwidth, and parallel user bandwidth versus throughput.
