PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for performing guidance to a place of visit in a main urban district in Japan by means of a portable telephone. SOLUTION: This device performs guidance in real time to a place of visit in a main urban district in Japan by means of an image road map on a screen of a portable telephone on the basis of only geodetic performance of a present GPS satellite without using other auxiliary hardware (for example, an acceleration sensor, etc.). Fig. 1 is a schematic view of its main devices, showing the state of performing human navigation in real time in which the portable telephone has access to a server if the need arises, stores therein provided data, and directly utilizes only the GPS satellite with the data complementarily used.
