PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To drive an on-vehicle device without utilizing engine output and a generator. SOLUTION: An on-vehicle pump comprises a liquid chamber 41 provided in a suspension support device 20 for suspension-supporting an internal combustion engine 10 to a vehicle body and changed in volume according to vibration input to the suspension support device 20 from the internal combustion engine 10, and a pressure accumulator 62 accumulating, through a communicating passage 61, a pressure buildup portion in the liquid chamber 41 caused by the volume change of the liquid chamber 41 corresponding to the vibration input from the internal combustion engine 10.
