PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily disclose information owned by an individual by using his or her own machine as a Web server and a blog server without using any Internet service provider by a simple means. SOLUTION: For example, in the structure of a Jar file, a manifest file is stored in an META-INF folder 1, and class file information to be loaded first when it is stated is described. A text file or an image and a voice file or the like are stored in a content folder 2. The program file group of Java is stored in a program folder 3, and a communication function, a retouch function and a recording function are stored in the program file group.
