PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat-shrinkable laminated film which is excellent in low temperature shrinkability, rigidity, and transparency, and has less fish eyes. SOLUTION: This heat-shrinkable laminated film comprises at least three layers including an intermediate layer and front and rear layers which are laminated on both sides of the intermediate layer. The heat-shrinkable laminated film is oriented at least in one axial direction, and of which the heat-shrinking rate for 10 seconds in hot water at 80°C in the main shrinking direction is 30% or higher. In the heat-shrinkable laminated film, the front and rear layers include at least one kind of a polyester resin. The intermediate layer comprises at least one kind of block copolymer hydrogenation substances of a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon and a conjugated diene for the heat-shrinkable laminated film.
