PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy system such as a small wind power generator supplying electric energy efficiently by increasing energy required for sustaining starting operation by a start/power increase assist means or starting operation actuated by repulsive force of magnets having same porality at a start/stop section (device) with repulsive force of magnets having same porality at a force increasing section (device), and using a power generating section (device) arranged coaxially. SOLUTION: The start/power increase assist means 104 and the start/stop section (device) 103 are provided at an upper portion of a rotor shaft 113 extending vertically, the power generating section (device) 102 is formed at a middle portion, and the force increasing section (device) 101 is provided at a lower portion.
