PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the infiltration of moisture even if an operating button with the surface of its container case waterproofed is scarred by hitting of a hard substance such as a claw. SOLUTION: An operating button 32 made of an elastic material is formed in a water-tight state in a container case 31, a rigid pressing plate 40 is provided in the container case so as to be in contact with the operating button, a waterproof member 44 made of an elastic material formed in a shape of a vessel is provided in contact with the pressing plate 40, a push-button switch 54 press-operated by the waterproof member 44 is provided on a printed wiring board 52, and an open underside of the container case is blocked in a watertight state with the printed wiring board.
