PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating operation support device capable of easily changing the rotating speed of a rotating body. SOLUTION: This rotating operation support device comprises a rotating damper 40 damping the energizing force of a coiled spring energizing the rotation of the rotating body in the opening direction, a first member 10 supporting the rotating damper, and a second member 20 rotatably connected to the first member. The coiled spring is so installed that a connection part between the first member and the second member is inserted into a coil part, both ends thereof are locked to the first member and the second member, and the first member or the second member is rotated according to the rotation of the rotating body in the closing direction to wind and tighten the coil part. The first member comprises a space 11 in which the rotating damper is stored and an elastic part disposed around the rotating damper and having a claw part 15 at its end. The rotating member is prevented from falling off the first member by the claw part, and releasable from the first member by deforming the elastic part to cancel a fall prevention function for the claw part.
