PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curl correcting roller and a laminator using the same capable of preventing a system from complicating with an inexpensive and simple structure, capable of preventing a film part from being fractured even in a laminator wherein a laminate film is exposed in a work process, and capable of correcting the curl. SOLUTION: The curl correcting roller is a pair of rollers R1 and R2 provided in a conveyance part or a delivery part, and corrects the curl of paper and makes the paper rapidly pass through the work process by making hardness different from each other or by making a diameter different from each other even when the hardness is the same.
