PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe food container, especially for eggs, which container has sufficient antimicrobial properties preventing bacterial contamination, and does not allow an antimicrobial to spread to a food, etc. SOLUTION: The food container is made of a resin base material transparent to visible light, and consists of a container body 1 and a lid 3 connected to one end of the container body 1.
