PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a body frame of a power-assisted bicycle or the like. SOLUTION: A body frame 2 is capable of folding a front frame 22 and a rear frame 23 from a hinge 24. A lock pin 39 is provided so as to be turnable in a boss hole formed in a boss 28 formed on the end of the rear frame 23. A lock lever 38 is coupled with the end of the lock pin 39, and a bolt 391 is implanted orthogonal thereto. A nut 392 adapted to the bolt 391 has a fastening face engaged with an engagement part formed on the front frame 22. The lock pin 39 is offset with respect to the boss hole, and the abutting strength of the fastening face of the nut 392 to the engagement part of the end of the front frame can be changed according to the offset quantity of the lock pin 39 by turning the lock lever 38. The lock lever 38 is stored along the rear frame 23 in a range so as not to be protruded upward of the rear frame 23 when the front frame 22 is coupled with the rear frame 23.
