PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip with velcro fastenings (R) which is obtained by adding the function of the velcro fastenings (R) to a clip-shaped object having a function of holding an object. SOLUTION: The clip function of being freely attachable and detachable and giving no irreversible damage on the object to be mounted, is incorporated in a method for attaching and fixing the velcro fastenings (R) to the object to be mounted. The attachment/detachment is freely performed by the function of the velcro fastenings (R). Thus, when the function is required, the clip is attached. When the function is not required, the clip is detached so as to eliminate the function.
