PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand piece in which handleability on a treatment spot is improved and a treatment effect and safety are secured. SOLUTION: At the distal end of a holder, by loosening a chip fixing screw 6, inserting an optical fiber 1 to chip fixing rubber 7 and a distal end chip 8, and pressing the distal end chip by screwing the chip fixing screw in the state that the optical fiber 1 is projected from the distal end part of the distal end chip, force is applied to the chip fixing rubber 7, it is deformed, and the optical fiber 1 is fixed in the vicinity of the emission part.
