The invention relates to a shoe fitting set comprising a range of insoles (2), the lower face (2a) of the insoles being provided with at least one shock-absorbing protrusion having shock-absorbing and/or rebound properties (3,4), and a shoe (1) which is arranged in such a way that each of the insoles (2) of the range can be inserted therein. The protrusion can extend over the entire surface of the lower face of the insole. Preferably, the insole (2) comprises at least one protrusion (3) which does not occupy the whole of the surface of the inner face and the shoe comprises an intermediate sole (5) provided with at least one cavity (7) which is formed in such a way as to be used as a housing for the protrusion (3). The protrusion (3,4) can have a homogeneous or heterogeneous structure, consisting of either a plurality of materials having different shock-absorbing properties, or the same material having different shock-absorbing properties in different areas.
