摘要 The present invention can be used in production of optoelectronic functional elements. The proposed method for determining the effect of temperature, structural, and component order-disorder transformation on the width of the energy band of the absorption of optical radiation by solid solution is distinctive by using the results of the analysis of the concentration and the temperature distribution of the solid solution within the absorption zone,representing the width of the absorption zone as components that depend on the structural, and component order-disorder transformation, and determining the parameters that characterize the width of the absorption zone as a function of temperature. The advantages of the proposed method are enhanced reliability and accuracy in the analysis of absorption of optical radiation by crystalline and amorphous solid solutions.
