A concrete composition with high fire resistance which contains fire explosion control fiber is provided to express remarkably high strength and fire resistance while ensuring constant working ability by comprising the fire explosion control fiber and a binder consisting of furnace slag, silica fume, and dry gypsum. The concrete composition includes: 140 to 160kg/m^3 of unit water; 933 to 1333kg/m^3 of unit binder; 336 to 611kg/m^3 of unit fine aggregate; and 550 to 919kg/m^3 of unit coarse aggregate. A ratio of water and binder ranges from 12 to 15wt.% and amount of the fine aggregate ranges from 35 to 45wt.%. The binder comprises 60 to 65wt.% of cement, 15 to 20wt.% of furnace slag fine powder, 5 to 10wt.% of calcium anhydrate and 8 to 15wt.% of silica fume. The composition further 0.25 to 0.35vol.% of fire explosion control fiber to volume of the concrete. The furnace slag fine powder has fineness ranging from 3,500 to 7,500cm^2/g while the calcium anhydrate has fineness ranging from 4,500 to 6,500cm^2/g.
