<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health functional food tablet stably affording practical appearance/strength (tablet producing a feeling of hardness especially as a touch feeling and a curved surface with high merchandise value) when formed into the tablet using black vinegar unrefined vinegar lees, etc., as a health functional ingredient. <P>SOLUTION: The health functional food tablet is a tablet comprising the health functional ingredient (except an oligosaccharide), an internal lubricant, a polysaccharide binder and the oligosaccharide as essential ingredients.
