<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carboxy group-containing polyurethane capable of forming a cured product excellent in adhesion to a base material, low warpage, flexibility, plating resistance, soldering heat resistance, and long-term reliability and capable of being used as a raw material for solder resist ink. <P>SOLUTION: This carboxy group-containing polyurethane has a structure derived from a polycarbonate diol (B) which has (i) a number-average molecular weight of 500 to 50,000, (ii) an 8-18C alkylene group in a skeleton thereof, and (iii) hydroxy groups at both terminals thereof. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
