ANTI-GLARE AND ANTI-REFLECTION FILM, POLARIZING PLATE USING THE ANTI-GLARE AND ANTI-REFLECTION FILM AND LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE USING THE POLARIZING PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anti-glare and anti-reflection film which materializes both of a high anti-glare function and improvements against image blurring and glaring, and to provide a polarizing plate and a display device using the same.

SOLUTION: The anti-glare and anti-reflection film comprises: a transparent support; and at least an anti-glare layer and a low refractive index layer disposed on the transparent support, wherein the value of haze caused by internal scattering of the anti-glare and anti-reflection film is 0 to 35%, and a center line average roughness Ra of the anti-glare and anti-reflection film is 0.08 to 0.30 μm. The polarizing plate and the display device use the anti-glare and anti-reflection film.
