PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a web page update information notification/distribution system for increasing the number of access to the Web site. SOLUTION: When a function for notifying Web page information is added to software having a file transfer function, information such as contents of the Web page and a time stamp is directly notified to an update information notification site, and then, an update information distribution site distributes the notified contents.
