PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time division sampling digital to analog converter for a flat panel display, a method of implementing the digital to analog converter, and a data driver circuit using the same, which are configured so as to prevent the phenomenon in which chips for high resolution driving increases in the area, by applying the concepts of time division and sampling mode analog adding to data driving ICs. SOLUTION: In order to generate an analog output having resolution of n-bits, an n-bit digital input data is divided into an MSB group and an LSB group, thereafter, by the structure wherein an analog out put corresponding to each group is sequentially generated according to each digital input data, and each analog data generated sequentially is sampled and summed up to generate a final n-bit resolution analog output, the sequential generation of each analog data enables sharing main hardware and embodying a channel DAC in very small area.
