PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate noise of input synchronization signal, using a simple constitution. SOLUTION: A noise eliminating circuit 41, included in a display control circuit of a display device, includes a shift register 411 which delays a data enable signal ENB as a synchronizing signal, a trigger generating circuit 412 which detects a trailing edge of the delayed data enable signal ENB, a counter circuit 413 which counts an active period of the delayed data enable signal ENB in the form of the number of clocks until the edge is detected, a comparison circuit 414 outputting a signal which becomes active, only when the counted number is larger than a specified number, and an AND circuit 415, which ANDs the delayed data enable signal ENB and the signal from the comparing circuit 414 and outputs the operation result as a synchronization signal. With this simple constitution, the output signal is inactive, even if the synchronization signal is active for a period shorter than the specified number, and noise can be removed from the output synchronization signal.
