PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce memory for internal processing, in a signal processing apparatus enabling frequency region data to be shared among multiple channels. SOLUTION: The signal processing apparatus 10 of the present invention includes a bitstream syntax analysis section 11, which receives a bitstream and extracts a control signal and a sound signal; a shared data management table section 13 which stores a shared data management table generated, based upon the control signal, a shared data storage section 14 which stores shared data; a position storage section 16 for shared data before decoding which stores the position of the shared data before decoding in the sound signal; a frequency data decoding section 12, which generates a decoded signal based upon the shared data stored in the sound signal, shared data management table, position storage section 16 for the shared data before decoding, and shared data storage section 14; and a time region conversion section 15, which converts frequency region data as a decoded signal into time region data.
