PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat capable of attaining a walk-in operation while storing an adjusting position of a reclining angle and preventing the reclining operation feeling of a seat back from being degraded. SOLUTION: Right and left reclining systems 10 is respectively provided with: a ratchet 4 which is mounted to an upper arm 2 in a non-rotatable manner and which makes a seat back frame 1d rotatable with respect to a cushion frame 1c while keeping the locked state of poles 50 and 60; and an engaging member which is engageable to and disengageable from the ratchet and which locks the rotation of the ratchet by engaging with the ratchet 4. Then, by providing a rod connecting right and left ratchets 4, the rotation angle of the upper arm 2 with respect to the lower arm 1 of the right reclining system 10 and the rotation angle of the upper arm 2 with respect to the lower arm 1 of the left reclining system 10 are made to synchronize with each other.
