PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing implement to be pasted to the skin which cures a part of a human body externally by pasting the implement to the skin of an affected part whether stiff shoulders, lumbago, a muscle ache, etc., are chronic or acute, by simple structure. SOLUTION: The curing implement 1 to be pasted to the skin is provided with: a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet body 13 where a plurality of hard projecting parts 12 are arrayed projecting at prescribed intervals on a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11 provided on one surface 10a of a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet 10; and a separable sheet 15 which is provided with small holes 14 formed at positions corresponding to the positions of the respective projecting parts 12 and fixed separably to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 11 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet body 13 while the the respective projecting parts 12 projects from the respective small holes 14.
