PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To waterproof a battery box in an ideal state, and to fix it to a frame by using an insulating nut in a simple structure. SOLUTION: The fixing structure of the battery box fixes the battery box 2 for storing batteries to the frame 1 of a vehicle via a bolt 3. The frame 1 of the vehicle fixes the insulating nut 4 for screwing the tip of the bolt 3. The insulating nut 4 fixes a nut body 7 to the inside of a holder mount 5 via a resin component 6. The holder mount 5 is a metal cylinder, fixes a lower end to the frame 1, and bends an upper end toward the inside. A release stopper plate 8 is provided in the resin component 6, the resin component 6 is fixed inside, and the resin component 6 is adhered to the holder mount 5. The tip of the bolt 3 is screwed into the insulating nut 4, the battery box 2 is fixed to the frame 1, and a packing 9 is held between the battery box 2 and the insulating nut 4, thus allowing the insulating nut 4 and the battery box 2 to be in a watertight structure.
