PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing buff, allowing an unexperienced worker to favorably polish the coating surface, and also to handle the buff easily. SOLUTION: This polishing buff includes: a polishing member taking one axial end face in the rotating direction as a polishing surface, and taking the other end face as a locking surface removably locked to an object member to be locked; a cushion member having elasticity and taking both axial end faces as a locking surface to be removably locked on the object member to be locked; and one or two plate members taking both axial end faces as engagement surface to removably lock both end faces on the object member to be locked, and disposed at least either between the fitting pad and the cushion member or between the cushion member and the polishing member.
