<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic control device for on-vehicle equipment capable of reducing probability that the on-vehicle equipment is automatically controlled, when unnecessary, without reducing probability that control is automatically performed when required and capable of reducing probability that a user feels uncomfortable. <P>SOLUTION: At least one control execution determination information previously determined in order to determine whether or not the control of the on-vehicle equipment is performed is obtained (S10) and when the obtained control execution determination information satisfies the acquiring condition (S30 is YES), it is asked to a driver whether or not the control of the on-vehicle equipment is executed (S60). When it is determined that the driver affirms execution of control of the on-vehicle equipment (S70 is YES), the control of the on-vehicle equipment is executed (S80).
