PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming an electrically conductive pattern where an electrically conductive pattern with high resolution and high precision can be easily and efficiently obtained on the surface of a solid by a simple system using a graft polymer pattern with a compound exhibiting strong oil repellency/water repellency such as a fluorine compound. SOLUTION: In the method for forming an electrically conductive pattern, a liquid comprising a compound having an unsaturated double bond group capable of radical polymerization with an oil repellant/water repellant functional group is arranged in a pattern shape on the surface of a substrate capable of generating a radical by heating or exposure, thereafter, an oil repellant/water repellant graft polymer pattern directly coupled with the surface of the substrate is formed on the liquid arranged region by heating or exposure, and an electrically conductive stock is stuck to the non-formed region of the craft polymer.
