PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device with a sensor capable of being surely fixed without being press-fitted even if a magnetic alloy of high brittleness is used in a slinger. SOLUTION: The slinger 20 composed of the magnetic alloy comprises a cylindrical portion 23 fixed to a second inner ring 13, and a ring 24 radially erected from one end of the cylindrical portion 23 and having a function of a magnetic encoder. The cylindrical portion 23 is loosely fitted to the second inner ring 13, and provided with projecting members 25 projecting radially inward, composed of elastic bodies and arranged along the circumferential direction, on its inner peripheral face 23b, and the inner peripheral face is closely kept into contact with the small-diameter face 13a of the second inner ring 13 in a state of placing the projecting members 25 between the small-diameter face 13a of the second inner ring 13 and the inner peripheral face 23b of the cylindrical portion 23, thus the cylindrical portion 23 is fixed to the second inner ring 13.
