PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that cold heat that can be utilized for cooling intake air is of the order of 15 to 20°C by conversion when the intake air is dry and it is desirable to perform cooling by this order of the cold heat in mid-summer and in an evaporator for evaporating a liquefied fuel produced by condensing, however, the cold energy has not been absorbed from a gas whose heat has been absorbed in the evaporator. SOLUTION: The cold heat is further absorbed from the gas evaporated from the evaporator for evaporating the liquefied fuel produced by condensing an intermediary refrigerant. To absorb the cold heat, the cold heat is absorbed by making the refrigerant returning for the purpose of receiving the cold heat perform heat exchange with the gas evaporated in the evaporator. Afterward, the refrigerant that has absorbed the cold heat is put in a liquefied fuel evaporator to evaporate the liquefied fuel by condensing the intermediary refrigerant and thereby the liquefied fuel cools the refrigerant, so that intake air of a gas turbine is cooled with the cold heat of the refrigerant.
