An insert for casting mould contains a housing, in the end of upper part of which cylindrical openings are made with a diameter of 0.5-0.3 of thickness of the wall of insert with a distance between them of 0.7-1 of thickness of its wall, also, at the depth up to 0.45-0.65 of overall height, and in the lower part of the insert in the circle at least three openings are made with a height of 0.10-0.15 of height of insert and a length of 0.5-1.0 of its thickness, in this case the lower part of the insert with height of 0.5-0.3 of its overall height is made of slag-forming mixtures with melting point lower than the temperature of casting metal. |
