<p>A fibrous reinforcement for air suspensions which comprises polyketone fibers. The reinforcement can improve the rubber film of an air suspension in pressure resistance, flexing resistance, unsusceptibility to rubber/fiber separation, fatigue resistance, and durability. This reinforcement comprises either a polyketone fiber cord or a composite fiber cord comprising polyketone fibers and other fibers. Since polyketone fibers have excellent adhesion to rubbers and low elongation, the fibrous reinforcement comprising polyketone fibers can improve the rubber film of an air suspension in pressure resistance, flexing resistance, unsusceptibility to rubber/fiber separation, fatigue resistance, and durability.</p> |
