STEEL CODE FOR PNEUMATIC RADIAL TIRE AND PNEUMATIC RADIAL TIRE USING THE SAME

A steel cord for a pneumatic radial tire and a pneumatic radial tire by using the same are provided to have two core filaments with different diameters. The steel cord includes a core layer constructed by two strands of core filaments(10,15). The first sheath layer(20) is constructed by 8 filaments encapsulating the core filaments. The second sheath layer(30) is constructed by 13 to 14 filaments twisted adjacently to the first sheath layer. The two strands of core filaments have different diameters. The steel cord further includes a rapping filament(40) with a 2+8+n structure at the outermost layer thereof as the occasion demands.
