PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap seal which once mischievously unsealed has a part along a break line torn and peeled, leaving a conspicuous evidence of the mischief. SOLUTION: A container filled with a material is sealed with a cap part 3 and a cap seal 12 with which the cap part 3 and part of the container are covered and sealed has a break line 4 which, annularly formed, a circumferential external force can break. Peripherally on the cap seal 12 at least two break lines 13, 14, each extending to a prescribed length from the break line 4 slantingly upward and each separating from the other at prescribed distances, are formed in a divergence. Between these break lines 13, 16 at least one break line (break lines 15, 16 in diagram) is formed to a prescribed length circumferentially. |
