A panel fixing device for a building is provided to perform work processes more quickly and conveniently, and prevent leakage of water by preventing generation of a crack on a silicon finishing part. A panel fixing device for a building comprises a plurality of anchor bolts(11) fixed on a wall(10) of the building, a bracket(12) connected to the anchor bolts to attach a frame(13), a flange of a panel fixed to the frame by a fastening bolt, a silicon(35) and a packing(36) filling in a space between the panels. More specifically, the panel fixing device comprises a sash(30), the silicon, a panel(40), and the packing. The sash is fixed to the frame by a fastening bolt(37) formed on an inside of a support plate(32). The support plate supports an inside of the panel at both ends of the panel by having a U-shape so that a receiving space is formed therein. The silicon fills a fixing part of the fastening bolt. The panel is fixed in the receiving pace by one end thereof. The packing is inserted between the panels fixed to the sash.
