PNEUMATIC HALVING SYSTEM AND PUNCH TOOL

A pneumatic halving system and a punch tool are provided to improve productivity and workability by implementing an automatic system for a series of processes. An on-loader(12) supplies a plurality of 2 column structure strips(11). An inlet transfer unit(13) transfers the strips supplied from the on-loader before tool working. A punch tool(16) is for dividing the strip into two part by performing a header removing work with respect to the strips using a press apparatus having a punch and a die. A feeder(18) transfers the strips to the punch tool and withdraws the halved strips(17) from the punch tool. A turn table(19) discharges the halved strips from the feeder in a same direction. An outlet transfer unit(21) sends the halved strips from the turn table to an off-loader(20).
