<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crusher capable of stably performing sucking conveyance at all times by adjusting a negative pressure in a discharge hopper in accordance with a variation of crushing amount in a crushing part and securing the prescribed wind quantity through a gap between a crushing rotor and a screen. <P>SOLUTION: The crusher comprises a crushing part A which is arranged on the under side of a receiving hopper 1 for receiving material to be crushed and is composed of a crushing rotor 5 with a plurality of rotation blades attached thereto and a fixed blade 6 arranged oppositely to the crushing rotor, a screen mechanism 8 for allowing the crushed material, which is crushed on the crushing part, to selectively pass therethrough, the discharge hopper 9 which catches the crushed material passed through the screen mechanism and a sucking conveyance mechanism 20 provided with a suction fan 21 which sucks external air and conveys the crushed material catched by the discharge hopper along an air passage from the crushing part toward the discharge hopper through the screen mechanism. Therein, a second suction path P2 for sucking the external air from a side surface of the discharge hopper is formed on the sucking conveyance mechanism 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
