A medium reproduction apparatus is provided to form right and left side portions of a slider plate in a mutually asymmetrical type, thus arrangement of slots is diversified while a sliding action of the slider plate is performed by avoiding interference with an electronic part structure of a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board). A main PCB is fixed within a main chassis(100). A front panel is disposed in front of the main chassis(100). A slider plate(200) is installed to advance and retreat within the main chassis(100). A link plate(260) links the front panel with the slider plate(200). A rotative gearing train(300) is engaged with the slider plate(200). A tilt motor(290) rotates the rotative gearing train(300). The slider plate(200) comprises as follows. A front portion(210) forms a front side. Right/left side portions(222,224) are vertically connected to right/left sides of the front portion(210). Right/left side guides(226,228) are upward bent on the right/left side portions(222,224) in a vertical direction.
