A center beam locking device for press transfer which can maintain clamping force between the center beam and the connecting bar more solidly by installing a locking device between a center beam and a connecting bar, and can prevent vertical and horizontal movements of the locking device according to a vertical operation of the center beam is provided. A center beam locking device for press transfer comprises: a first locking member(40) clamped to a center beam(10) by bolts(42); and a second locking member(50) clamped to a connecting bar(20) and assembled with the first locking member, wherein the first locking member has a first locking projection(40a) of which an end is vertically bent downward, and a first locking groove(40b) depressed into an inner side of the first locking projection, the second locking member has a second locking projection(50a) of which an end is vertically bent upward, and which is inserted into the first locking groove, and a second locking groove(50b) which is depressed into an inner side of the second locking projection, and into which the first locking projection is inserted, a rod(60) operated by power of a cylinder(62) is installed in the connecting bar, and the rod is inserted into first and second through holes(40a,50c) formed in the first and second locking members.
