A frame assembling structure of an armrest for a vehicle is provided to cut down the cost of production, to increase production per unit hour and to secure high profit by forming a frame of an armrest in a plastic injection frame and assembling a horizontal support and a mounting bracket by using one-touch method. The frame assembling structure of an armrest for a vehicle is completed by forming a frame of an armrest in a C-shaped injection frame(200) by plastic injection molding and coupling a horizontal support(220) and a mounting bracket(230) with the injection frame. Hereon the mounting bracket is provided with a fitting hole(231) and a hanging hole(232) and inserted to a bracket coupler(210) formed on the injection frame, and the bracket coupler is provided with a hook(211) having a hook hanging projection(212) to be suspended on the hanging hole elastically and assembled by one-touch method when the mounting bracket is inserted.
